Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

Sometimes they’ve simply been buried beneath years of survival.

Why I created Surrenderandaction.

My Story

Come Home to Yourself.

For much of my life, I searched outside myself for the answers.

Like so many women, I learned to survive. I learned to put others first, carry responsibilities that weren’t mine, and disconnect from my own needs in order to keep moving forward. From the outside, I appeared strong. Inside, I was exhausted from constantly trying to hold everything together.

Over time, I realized something that changed my life.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

My own journey led me to explore trauma healing, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, holistic wellness, and the incredible connection between the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. But the greatest lesson I learned wasn’t found in a textbook or certification.

It was learning to trust the wisdom that had always lived within me.

That realization became the foundation of Surrenderandaction™.

I created this space because I believe every woman deserves to feel safe within herself. To stop living in survival mode. To stop believing she has to earn her worth. To reconnect with the quiet inner wisdom that has always been there, waiting beneath the fear, self-doubt, and old survival patterns.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Holistic Wellness Coach, and trauma-informed practitioner, I combine evidence-based approaches with compassionate, whole-person healing. Together we’ll care for your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, strengthen your connection to your inner wisdom, and create intentional action that aligns with the life you truly want to live.

I don’t believe you need someone to tell you who to become.

I believe you need someone willing to walk beside you as you remember who you’ve always been.

Because the answers you’ve been searching for may not be somewhere outside of you.

They may have been within you all along.

Healing happens through consistent support, intentional action, and compassionate accountability.

All coaching sessions are 45 minutes and held virtually through Google Meet. Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability, with every effort made to accommodate your preferred days and times.

45-Minute Session: $125

Ideal for returning clients or those seeking support with a specific challenge.

Scheduling & Payment

• All coaching sessions are conducted virtually through Google Meet.

• Sessions are 45 minutes in length.

• Appointments are scheduled according to client availability and my current schedule.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your coaching via PayPal

• Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is designed for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change through personal growth, accountability, and intentional action.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and designed to support personal growth, mindset, confidence, goal achievement, and intentional living.

How are sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are held virtually through Google Meet.

How long are sessions?

Each coaching session is 45 minutes.

How do I schedule my sessions?

Sessions are scheduled according to your availability and my current openings.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.
